While there are many people having a difficult time purchasing healthy menstrual products but they are unaware of the fact that The Sustainable Menstrual Products are a Healthier and Cheaper Alternative compared to Disposable Sanitary Products.Everyday about 800 million women between the ages of 15-49 year old menstruate. When a woman menstruates, her body gets rid of menstrual blood and other damaged tissues present in the Uterus.

Menstruation commonly known as Periods has various aspects which are painful, annoying, messy and inconvenient but still this is a Normal Phenomenon which occurs to every person who have the hormones, Progesterone and Estrogen which includes Women, Teenage Girls and Trans people which gives the power of bringing a New Life on this World. It is not shameful to talk about Periods, yet we people have several taboos and rather hide about it in front of other people So, we all as a citizen need to open up about Menstruation and its various aspects and the diseases related to it with an idea of promoting Sustainable Menstruation in order for safe and eco-friendly future. Plastic and Disposable Menstrual Products generate more than 200,000 tonnes of waste per year around the world Most menstrual hygiene products are made up of plastic and are non-biodegradable, taking approximately 500 to 800 years to decompose. Menstrual hygiene products such as pads and tampons usually contain dangerous chemicals, like pesticide residues, bleach, and phthalates that cause harm to the body.

To have a more eco-friendly period, you don’t have to eliminate pads and tampons from your period routine; you can mix and match your menstrual products. Use what feels right for your unique body.
