#MedLifeWhatWeDo

The UN SDG 5 calls to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. Hence, we at Medlife Foundation work to improve women entrepreneurship by providing training and resources to help women start and grow their own businesses. We:

WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP

  • Support women entrepreneurs through business skills training, funding, and mentorship.
  • Work to create a supportive ecosystem for women entrepreneurs through advocating for gender equality policies.
  • Connect women entrepreneurs to networks and resources for enabling their success.
  • Identify Government schemes to encourage women entrepreneurship and help women entrepreneurs to avail their benefits.
  • Help organize underprivileged women into Self-Help Groups.
  • Raise awareness about the importance of women’s economic empowerment and their role in driving economic growth.

OUR ROLE

As an NGO focused on women and child development, our aim at Medlife is to promote gender equality and empower women and children, especially those from marginalized communities. We work towards ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children, where they can access quality education, healthcare, and other basic necessities. We believe that by investing in the education and empowerment of women and children, we can build a more inclusive and equitable society.

Our programs focus on providing access to education and vocational training for women and girls, creating awareness about child rights and child protection, and addressing issues such as gender-based violence and child marriage. Our goal is to ensure that every child, regardless of their background or circumstance, has the opportunity to reach their full potential and lead a fulfilling life. We work in collaboration with local communities and stakeholders, to ensure that our interventions are sustainable and create long-lasting impact.
